Organisation profile: The CERTH team involved in the project has long experience in eGovernment, eParticipation, applied AI/XAI, Linked Data and Knowledge Graphs. It has participated in more that 20 EU and nationally funded projects. More specifically CERTH has coordinated two relevant EU funded projects (OpenCube, OpenGovIntelligence) and participated in three relevant projects AI4GOV (ongoing), inGOV (finished) and GR digiGOV-innoHUB (ongoing).

Team leaders are among the top-25 researchers in the field of eGovernment globally and included in the 2% of top scientists worldwide in the field of “Artificial Intelligence & Image Processing”.
