ActionAid International Italia ETS (AAIT) is a member of an international federation (counting 45 members worldwide, and 8 members in EU: Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden plus Switzerland and the UK).

In its 2018-2028 strategy “Agorà”, AAIT has identified three main intervention pillars: Rights, Redistribution and Resilience.

AAIT works with people, communities, associations, groups and informal movements that claim access to political space to assert and implement their rights. In particular:

          – Building networks with associations, civil society organizations and academic experts to spread knowledge and encourage the adoption of a co-design and co-programming approach.

          – Promoting participatory design of public policies through participatory/deliberative processes aimed at defining new regulatory policy on issues of public interest.
